For the most part, I didn't know a soul there... except I did happen to meet a few of mom's neighbors while there tending to her affairs. A gentleman that lives nearby suggested I contact Nancy to get some initial suggestions/options on how I might proceed with handling my mom's house. She was prompt in her response, gave me insights into things to know about the neighborhood and more importantly about the house itself (ie: how to get it in the best shape possible to maximize its value). I was buying this property for my daughter to live in while in school, and I appreciated that she considered safety as well when we discussed neighborhoods. There was limited inventory in the price range I was looking in, so Nancy went above and beyond to visit a property for me the day it was listed and sent me videos. We quickly placed and offer and got the property. I also appreciated that Nancy is an experienced broker who knows both properties and the other listing agents and I think this was helpful in negotiating.
